This one is a great one to do for after lodge or at home for a family gathering or even a potluck desert. We’ve made this one many times - and it turns out fabulous every single time. Easy ingredients, and easy to make. No special kitchen tools required. Ingredients have sugar in them, so this is not recommended for Diabetic folks.

1 x box chocolate cake mix
2 x boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 x container Cool Whip (desert topping)
4 x Skor bars crumbled into small pieces
Crush/crumble Skor bars into small pieces. An easy way to do this is place the bars in a freezer ziplock bag and close it. (They are usually thicker bags). Place the ziplock on a cutting board, and using a rolling pin, crush the Skor bars.
Bake cake according to box instructions; allow it to cool completely.
Make pudding according to box instructions; allow to cool and set.
Cut up cake into squares.
Assemble the desert!
The trick here is to create layers of cake, pudding, Cool Whip, Skor pieces. The top layer should be Cool Whip topped with Skor pieces.
Place the filled trifle bowl in the fridge, and chill until ready to use.
If I were making it, I may not be able to chill it. No will power when it comes to this desert. Eat. Immediately. ;)
